Job Description
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Management : The Onboarding Specialist will handle the full lifecycle of employee entry and exit processes, ensuring that visas, medical clearances, and all necessary documentation are completed accurately and timely. The role requires attention to detail and strict adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Property Industry HR Knowledge : Candidates must have experience working within the property or real estate industry, understanding the nuances of employee requirements, workforce planning, and HR processes specific to this sector. This knowledge ensures that onboarding procedures align with industry best practices.
Compliance with UAE Labour Laws : The role requires up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws, including employment contracts, visa regulations, and employee rights. The specialist will ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities are compliant, minimizing legal risks for the company.
Documentation and Records Maintenance : Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with documentation, and providing timely reports when requested. The specialist must organize records systematically and ensure information is easily accessible for audits or management review.
Dashboard Creation and Reporting : The Onboarding Specialist will create dashboards and reports to track onboarding progress, employee metrics, and other HR KPIs. This requires proficiency in tools like Excel or HR software and the ability to present data in a clear, actionable format for management decision-making.
Internal Coordination and Support : The role involves close collaboration with HR, TA, and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. The specialist will communicate with line managers, new hires, and other stakeholders to coordinate documentation, training schedules, and induction programs effectively.
