Job Description
Daily Office Support: The Office Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations by assisting staff and management with routine administrative tasks, maintaining organization, and responding promptly to internal requests. This role is essential for creating an efficient workplace.
Pantry & Visitor Support: Responsible for preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for management and visitors, ensuring that pantry and meeting areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times.
Cleanliness & Orderliness: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the office environment, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, creating a professional and hygienic atmosphere for staff and visitors.
Administrative Assistance: Assist with basic office tasks, including document handling, mail distribution, minor clerical work, and supporting administrative staff in day-to-day responsibilities to maintain operational efficiency.
Event & Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings, ensuring all required materials and facilities are ready, contributing to the smooth execution of office activities.
Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with colleagues across departments, providing reliable support and fostering a collaborative, friendly, and positive office culture.
