Curriculum Design and Educational Planning The Nurse Educator will be responsible for crafting comprehensive and engaging learning materials that cater to nurses at different experience levels. This includes preparing orientation programs, refresher modules, and specialized training for emerging medical technologies, ensuring that every learning resource is accurate, practical, and aligned with UAE healthcare guidelines.
Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement This position plays a key role in quality assurance by monitoring clinical practices, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective educational interventions.
