Back of House Roles: Our kitchen and operations teams are growing! We’re hiring chefs, stewards, and kitchen assistants with proven skills in high-volume, premium dining environments. If you have a passion for culinary excellence, we want to hear from you.

Management & Admin Roles: Openings are also available for supervisors, floor managers, and HR/admin support. These roles require experience in hospitality operations, staff coordination, and service excellence leadership.

Event & Guest Experience Team: COVEBEACH regularly hosts exclusive events, and we need creative, organized professionals to support our event execution, guest relations, and entertainment logistics. Your contribution will help shape memorable beachside moments.

What We’re Looking For: Energetic, service-focused individuals with a background in hospitality, strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a drive to grow. Experience in beach clubs, fine dining, or luxury service is highly preferred.
