Workshop Operations Management  The Automotive Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a newly established multi-brand passenger car workshop, ensuring smooth workflow, productivity, and service quality.

Technical Leadership The role requires strong technical expertise in multi-brand vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, providing guidance and support to technicians to maintain high service standards.

Team Management and Supervision The position involves managing workshop staff, allocating work, monitoring performance, and fostering a disciplined, efficient, and motivated team environment.

Customer Handling and Service Excellence  The manager will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring professional communication, accurate service explanations, and high customer satisfaction levels.

Quality Control and Compliance The role includes ensuring all repairs and services meet company quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines applicable to the UAE automotive market.

Business Development Support  The manager will contribute to improving workshop efficiency, repeat business, and service reputation through proactive problem-solving and service optimization.
