As our Merchant Settlement Officer, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive merchant payment operations, including processing regular payments, handling manual sale and refund transactions, and overseeing reward programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with our merchant partners. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process transactions accurately while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach to this role. You will coordinate with various internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and handle merchant queries professionally. This position requires someone who can maintain composure under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field. Strong proficiency in MS Office is essential, as you'll be working with various financial systems and databases.
