Job Description

Medical Insurance Coordinator – Role Overview: This position requires a detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage employee medical insurance programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Policy Administration: The coordinator will handle medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and cancellations for employees while maintaining updated records of coverage.

Claims Management: Responsibilities include coordinating with insurance providers, assisting employees with claim submissions, and resolving discrepancies efficiently.

Communication & Support: The role demands clear communication with staff regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage queries in both English and Arabic (preferred).

Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies while generating reports for management is a key part of this role.

Problem-Solving & Coordination: The coordinator will liaise with HR, payroll, and insurance companies to resolve issues and guarantee seamless benefit administration.
