Claims Processing Duties – The candidate will handle the full claim submission cycle, ensuring every insurance claim is accurately prepared, checked, and submitted within required timelines. The role requires strong familiarity with claim requirements, documentation review, and handling follow-ups to ensure approvals without delays.

Claims Resubmission and Denial Management – This position requires the ability to identify the reasons behind claim denials, correct documentation or coding errors, and perform claim resubmissions promptly. The candidate must work closely with insurance portals and internal teams to minimize denials and improve claim acceptance rates.

Medical Documentation Review – The Medical Coder will thoroughly examine patient files, physician notes, and treatment records to ensure that every service provided is correctly documented. This includes verifying medical terminology, validating procedures, and aligning all records with the correct coding system.

Quality Assurance and Compliance – The role includes maintaining compliance with UAE medical regulations and insurance standards. The coder must ensure all coding work meets accuracy requirements and support internal audits by providing well-organized coding and claim data when needed.

Coordination with Clinical Teams – The Medical Coder will communicate regularly with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to clarify documentation, missing details, and service records.
