Job Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns for the healthcare industry. This role requires not only creativity and strategic thinking but also an in-depth understanding of the unique demands of healthcare marketing. You will be responsible for creating campaigns that communicate trust, professionalism, and care, which are essential in promoting healthcare services to patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities: The position involves working closely with doctors, clinics, and healthcare administrators to develop marketing initiatives that enhance patient engagement and brand awareness. You will oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs. Your responsibilities will also include managing marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting key metrics to management.

Healthcare Industry Focus: Since healthcare requires a sensitive and responsible approach, you will be tasked with crafting marketing messages that highlight Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group’s commitment to patient care and excellence. This includes developing awareness campaigns for new medical services, ensuring ethical promotion of treatments, and adhering to UAE’s healthcare advertising regulations.

Digital Marketing Integration: A strong focus will be placed on digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and healthcare directories. You will design content strategies tailored to attract patients, manage online reputation, and drive inquiries through digital channels. The role will also require keeping up with the latest healthcare marketing trends and implementing innovative approaches to stand out in a competitive market.

Collaboration & Communication: You will work with medical staff, patient support teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and effective communication across all channels. The role requires someone who can translate complex medical services into simple, clear, and engaging content that resonates with the target audience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Driving & Field Activities: Since this position requires a valid UAE Driving License, you will also be involved in coordinating and visiting different healthcare facilities, meeting with stakeholders, and managing on-ground campaigns. This aspect of the job ensures a blend of office-based planning and fieldwork, giving you exposure to real-time healthcare marketing environments.
