SYNCOMS Group is looking for an exceptionally organised, commercially aware, and ambitious Management Accountant to become a key part of its finance and operational leadership structure in Dubai. As a global technology and e-commerce group with over 25 years of presence spanning software development, SaaS ERP, personalised consumer products, and online retail through brands including Printerpix, Printerinks, and Print Express, SYNCOMS operates across the UAE, UK, and USA, and this is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to the Group CEO, international operations, and strategic financial management. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple companies under SYNCOMS Group, ensuring financial accuracy, reporting integrity, reconciliation control, cash flow visibility, and operational support across the business. You will prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for Group management and the London Head Office, producing profit and loss reports, balance sheet schedules, cash flow reports, variance analysis, and financial performance summaries. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, and assist senior management with financial analysis and operational reporting. Your reconciliation and ledger management responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, customer account reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations, with full accountability for investigating and resolving discrepancies and keeping accounting records audit-ready at all times.

You will maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records across vendor invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts, payroll transactions, operational expenses, and petty cash, monitor debtor and creditor ageing reports, and ensure all suppliers, employees, and operational commitments are paid accurately and on time. On the operational finance side, you will monitor day-to-day cash flow, coordinate payment runs, maintain communication with Head Office regarding financial movements, and support internal financial controls and compliance procedures. You will liaise with local and international banking institutions, work directly with the CEO on operational finance matters, and assist with UAE VAT returns, corporate tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements including engagement with the Federal Tax Authority.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of four to five years of experience across management accounting, financial accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation and ledger management, operational finance, and cash flow monitoring. Strong practical knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage Business Cloud, advanced Microsoft Excel, UAE VAT and corporate tax procedures, and modern ERP and accounting systems is required. You are highly analytical, extremely organised, sharp, proactive, solution-focused, and ambitious, and you communicate with confidence and professionalism in English across teams in the UK, US, and UAE.
