VANEST is looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics professional who is passionate about operational efficiency and ready to take ownership of end to end logistics functions within a dynamic and fast paced environment.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all logistics operations including supply chain coordination, freight management, inventory control, and distribution. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third party logistics providers to ensure that all shipments and deliveries are executed accurately, on time, and in the most cost effective manner possible. Your ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions will be key to driving continuous improvement across the logistics function.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in logistics management with strong coordination and organizational skills. A deep understanding of supply chain processes, international shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse operations is essential for this role. You should be confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously, leading a team, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a results driven and detail oriented professional who takes a proactive approach to problem solving and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Experience within the UAE or broader Gulf logistics sector will be considered a strong advantage.
