Job Description
Role Overview – Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate is looking to hire a Legal Assistant with minimum 1 year of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in real estate leasing cases and prior exposure to the Abu Dhabi court system. This position in Dubai's ideal for legal professionals who can draft, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate leasing disputes and contracts.
Real Estate Leasing Support – You will provide legal support for real estate leasing matters including tenant disputes, lease agreement enforcement, eviction cases, rent recovery, contract breaches, and other leasing-related legal issues. Your expertise in real estate leasing enables you to handle cases effectively and protect the company's legal interests.
Court Case Management – You will manage cases within the Abu Dhabi Courts, leveraging your previous experience with court procedures, filing requirements, hearing protocols, and judicial processes. Your familiarity with the Abu Dhabi court system ensures efficient case handling, proper documentation, and effective representation of company interests.
Legal Document Drafting – You will draft legal documents including lease agreements, amendments, notices, court pleadings, correspondence, and other legal instruments required for real estate transactions and disputes. Your drafting skills ensure documents are legally sound, clearly written, and protect company interests.
Document Review and Analysis – You will review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence to identify issues, assess risks, ensure compliance with UAE laws, and provide recommendations. Your analytical review protects the company from legal exposure and ensures contractual obligations are properly managed.
Legal Correspondence Management – You will manage legal correspondence with tenants, landlords, courts, government authorities, and legal counsel. Your correspondence management ensures timely communication, proper documentation of exchanges, and professional representation of the company in all legal matters.
Legal Research and Compliance – You will conduct legal research on UAE real estate laws, court decisions, regulatory changes, and procedural requirements to support case strategies and ensure compliance. Your research keeps the legal function informed and enables effective legal planning.
Case Documentation and Filing – You will maintain organized case files, track deadlines, prepare court submissions, manage evidence, and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible. Proper case management supports successful litigation outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination – You will coordinate with internal stakeholders including property management, finance, and senior management, as well as external parties such as courts, lawyers, and tenants to facilitate legal processes and communication.
Experience Requirement – Minimum 1 year of relevant legal experience is required. Your experience should include hands-on work with real estate matters, legal documentation, and ideally court case handling that demonstrates practical legal capability.
