Great kitchens and wardrobes are not just built. They are designed, detailed, and coordinated down to the last millimetre. Gulf Global Furniture Factory LLC, a manufacturer combining European precision with exclusive materials to create premium kitchens, wardrobes, and custom joinery in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Lead Interior Designer to join its team in KEZAD. This is a role for a designer who understands that a beautiful render is only the beginning. The real work lies in the shop drawings, the joinery details, and the coordination that turns a drawing into a finished product.

This is a role for someone with UAE experience in interior fit-out and construction, with a specific focus on kitchens, wardrobes, and joinery design. You will manage projects from the first client consultation and site survey through to design development, production coordination, and final inspection. You will prepare 2D shop drawings and 3D designs, revise drawings based on client feedback, and select materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories. You will also coordinate with estimators, production teams, and project managers, monitoring production against approved drawings to ensure quality standards are met. If you are comfortable moving between a design screen and a factory floor, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), B.Tech, or a related field. You have experience in kitchen, wardrobe, and joinery design, and you are proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software. You have strong knowledge of shop drawings, materials, and joinery production. You communicate well, coordinate effectively, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month, depending on experience. Benefits include one month of annual leave with full salary, round-trip air tickets for annual leave, medical insurance, and company accommodation and transportation for employees staying in company accommodation. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
