Labor and Delivery Role: As an LDR Nurse, you will support mothers through labor, delivery, and recovery, ensuring both maternal and newborn safety.

Clinical Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart tones, and administer medications as prescribed by OB-GYNs.

Birthing Support: Assist doctors during labor and actively manage normal and emergency deliveries.

Postpartum Care: Provide immediate newborn care, educate mothers on breastfeeding, and observe recovery signs.

Patient-Centered Environment: Maintain a calm, reassuring presence while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Documentation: Accurately document patient records, labor progression, and medication administration.
