Laboratory Testing & Analysis: As a Laboratory Technologist at Genex Clinical Laboratories LLC, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic tests, particularly in microbiology and phlebotomy. You will ensure that all laboratory results are accurate, timely, and meet quality control standards.

Sample Collection & Processing: The role involves handling patient samples with utmost care and professionalism. You will collect, label, and process specimens in compliance with established protocols, ensuring safety and accuracy in every step of the testing process.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: You will follow laboratory policies and adhere to strict DHA regulations and international standards. Maintaining quality assurance procedures, proper documentation, and compliance with safety protocols will be an integral part of your duties.

Use of Laboratory Equipment: Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment will be a key responsibility. You will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure equipment functionality, and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the laboratory.

Data Interpretation & Reporting: In this position, you will analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings clearly to physicians and healthcare providers. Your role will directly support accurate diagnosis and effective patient care.

Teamwork & Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with fellow technologists, laboratory supervisors, and healthcare professionals. This role requires strong communication skills to ensure seamless coordination and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
