Job Overview: Aroma Contracting is looking for an experienced and dedicated Labor Camp Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of labor accommodations in the UAE. The role requires a candidate who is responsible, disciplined, and able to ensure the smooth functioning of camp facilities while maintaining compliance with UAE labor and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities: The Camp Manager will be responsible for overall camp management, including allocation of rooms, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, monitoring camp utilities, and ensuring the well-being of all workers residing in the facility.

Administration & Supervision: The candidate will supervise camp staff, security personnel, cleaners, and maintenance teams. They will ensure facilities are in good condition, coordinate repairs when necessary, and manage resources such as food, water, electricity, and transportation.

Compliance & Safety: The Camp Manager will be expected to comply with UAE labor regulations, municipality guidelines, and company policies. They will implement safety measures, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate documentation to avoid violations.

Employee Welfare: A key part of this role is to ensure the comfort and welfare of camp residents. The manager must address grievances, resolve disputes, and ensure facilities such as dining, recreation, and medical support are functioning properly.

Job Requirements: Applicants must have proven experience in managing labor accommodations or camps within the UAE. Strong organizational and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to handle emergency situations, multitask effectively, and maintain discipline within the camp.
