Role Overview: Tasleeh Holding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Developer to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of web applications. The role involves assisting with front-end and back-end development, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining application functionality, and collaborating with team members on software projects. The successful candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and an interest in building reliable, user-friendly digital solutions.

Front-End Development: Assist in developing and maintaining responsive web pages and user interfaces. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code using relevant front-end technologies. Help improve website usability, layout consistency, and application performance. Collaborate with team members to implement interface designs and functional requirements. Test web pages across different browsers and screen sizes. Identify and resolve basic front-end bugs and layout issues.

Back-End Development and Application Support: Assist with developing and maintaining server-side application functionality. Support the creation and maintenance of APIs and application integrations. Work with databases to retrieve, store, and update application data. Help troubleshoot back-end errors and investigate application issues. Follow established coding standards and development practices. Assist with improving application reliability, performance, and functionality.

Database Management and Integration: Support basic database operations and data management tasks. Assist with writing and maintaining database queries. Help connect front-end interfaces with back-end services and databases. Verify data accuracy and troubleshoot basic data-related issues. Maintain clear documentation of database structures and application integrations. Follow appropriate practices for data security and access control.

Testing, Debugging, and Maintenance: Test application features to identify bugs and unexpected behavior. Assist with debugging code and implementing technical fixes. Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from senior developers. Help maintain existing applications through updates and improvements. Document technical issues, changes, and solutions. Collaborate with the team to ensure application features meet project requirements.

Team Collaboration and Development Support: Work with developers and other relevant team members on assigned projects. Participate in discussions to understand technical requirements and project priorities. Break down assigned tasks and provide progress updates to the team. Follow version-control practices and established development workflows. Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to ongoing projects. Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
