DMDC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with one to two years of experience who is ready to develop their career within a dynamic, professional environment where precision and accountability are valued.

The Junior Accountant will support the daily accounting operations of the company, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly documented. Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. You will also help prepare financial reports, invoices, and expense reports, verify financial data accuracy, and assist with audits. A key part of this role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have a minimum of one year of GCC or UAE experience in an accounting role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with effective written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and analytical thinking. Construction project experience is preferred, and immediate joiners will be given priority. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month, and the company offers a professional work environment with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing luxury construction group.
