Role Overview – KG Technologies is hiring a Junior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for entry-level accounting professionals with foundational financial knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support accounting operations effectively, assist with financial records, learn accounting procedures, maintain documentation, and develop accounting career within a dynamic technology organization.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems, classifying transactions properly, and maintaining transaction accuracy. You will support accurate financial records and assist in transaction processing. You should develop transaction recording proficiency.

General Ledger Support – You will assist with general ledger management by helping maintain accounts, recording transactions, and supporting reconciliation. You will learn general ledger procedures and support ledger accuracy. You should understand general ledger fundamentals.

Accounts Receivable Support – You will assist with accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording payments, and maintaining client account records. You will help follow up on outstanding invoices and organize receivable information. You should learn AR procedures.

Accounts Payable Assistance – You will assist with accounts payable by organizing supplier invoices, supporting payment processing, and maintaining vendor records. You will help coordinate payment procedures and organize documentation. You should learn AP procedures.

Data Entry and Database Management – You will perform accurate data entry by updating accounting systems, maintaining databases, and ensuring information accuracy. You will organize data systematically and support system functionality. You should develop data entry accuracy.

Bank Reconciliation Support – You will assist with bank reconciliation by comparing statements, organizing information, and supporting the reconciliation process. You will help investigate discrepancies and maintain reconciliation records. You should learn reconciliation procedures.

Financial Document Organization – You will organize financial documents by filing records, maintaining documentation, and preserving information. You will ensure easy retrieval and organize files systematically. You will maintain organized document systems.

Invoice Processing – You will process invoices by reviewing documentation, recording information, and maintaining records. You will verify invoice details and support invoice management. You should develop invoice processing skills.
