Job Description

Accounting Role Overview : The Junior Accountant will provide essential financial support to the organization, assisting with day-to-day accounting and HR operations. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, transaction processing, and supporting the finance team in maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Financial Record Management : The position involves maintaining general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate tracking of all financial transactions. Proper documentation and attention to detail are essential to support smooth financial operations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Support : You will manage supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and client receivables. Ensuring timely processing of payments and monitoring cash flow is critical to maintaining financial stability across ongoing construction and equipment rental operations.

HR and Payroll Assistance : The Junior Accountant will support HR processes by assisting with payroll calculations, employee records, and other finance-related HR tasks. Coordination with HR ensures compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.

Reporting and Compliance : The role includes preparing basic financial reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Accuracy in reporting and compliance with UAE financial regulations are key responsibilities.

Collaboration and Team Support : The position requires close collaboration with finance and HR teams, supporting project accounting, budget tracking, and resolving financial discrepancies in a timely manner. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
