Mark and Save, part of the Western International Group, is looking for a detail oriented and experienced Inventory Executive to join their team at the Mark and Save Management Office in Al Rashidiya, Ajman. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled inventory and stock management professional who is ready to take ownership of inventory operations within one of the UAE's well established and growing hypermarket chains.

In this role you will be responsible for managing inventory operations, conducting regular stock counts and audits, verifying system versus physical stock, preparing accurate inventory reports, and coordinating with store teams to ensure precise stock control and minimize discrepancies. You will monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movements, receipts, and dispatches, coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams, and ensure proper storage and stock rotation across all product categories.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of stock management procedures along with good analytical and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced retail and hypermarket environment are essential qualities we are looking for. Prior experience in inventory management within a retail, FMCG, or hypermarket setting will be considered a strong advantage.
