Job Title: Alkeem Group is currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to strengthen our internal control systems, ensure compliance, and safeguard organizational resources.
Key Responsibilities: As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits across multiple departments. This includes evaluating operational efficiency, reviewing financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and international auditing standards.
Risk Management & Controls: You will assess business processes to identify potential risks and weaknesses in internal controls. By recommending improvements, you will help the organization minimize risk exposure and maintain robust governance across all operations.
Industry Exposure: Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or construction industries will be highly valued, as this role requires auditing complex workflows, project costs, and inventory management systems. Industry-specific expertise will help streamline auditing processes and ensure accurate evaluations.
Reporting & Documentation: The Internal Auditor will prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans. You will present reports to management, follow up on audit outcomes, and monitor the implementation of agreed improvements.
Compliance & Standards: Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with statutory laws, internal policies, and financial reporting requirements. You will help the company align with international best practices in auditing and corporate governance.
