Job Description

Role Overview:

Twaddan L.L.C is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day HR operations and support a professional, productive, and well-organized workplace. The role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance processes, workforce planning, and employee records while ensuring HR activities are handled consistently and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a practical approach to managing people and HR processes.

HR Operations Management:

Oversee daily HR activities and ensure employee-related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage recruitment activities including workforce planning, vacancy coordination, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, selection, and hiring processes.

Employee Onboarding:

Coordinate joining formalities, employment documentation, orientation, and onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a smooth start.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee concerns professionally, support positive workplace relationships, and work with management to resolve employee-related matters effectively.

Performance Management:

Coordinate performance reviews, support managers with employee performance matters, and maintain appropriate performance documentation.

HR Policies & Procedures:

Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support consistent and professional workplace practices.

Employee Records Management:

Ensure personnel files, contracts, employee information, leave records, and other HR documentation remain accurate, organized, and confidential.

Attendance & Leave Management:

Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and related workforce information while ensuring records are maintained accurately.

Payroll Coordination:

Work with finance and relevant departments to verify employee information, attendance, leave, and other data required for accurate payroll processing.

Workforce Planning:

Assess staffing requirements and coordinate with management to support appropriate workforce levels and effective allocation of employees.

Training & Development:

Identify employee development needs and coordinate training initiatives that support professional growth, employee performance, and business objectives.

Employee Engagement:

Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, communication, teamwork, motivation, and overall workplace culture.

HR Compliance:

Maintain HR practices and documentation in line with applicable employment requirements, company policies, and internal procedures.

Management Advisory:

Provide practical HR guidance to management and department heads on staffing, employee relations, performance, workplace conduct, and other people-related matters.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare regular HR reports covering recruitment, staffing, turnover, attendance, leave, employee movements, and other workforce information.

Conflict Resolution:

Address workplace issues fairly and professionally, helping employees and management reach appropriate and constructive solutions.

Employee Communication:

Ensure important HR policies, procedures, announcements, and workplace information are communicated clearly to employees.

HR Documentation & Correspondence:

Oversee the preparation of employment letters, HR reports, internal communications, disciplinary documentation, and other employee-related correspondence.

Confidentiality & Data Protection:

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information, compensation details, workplace concerns, and other sensitive HR matters.

Team Leadership:

Guide and support HR team members, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure HR activities are completed to a consistent professional standard.

Process Improvement:

Review existing HR processes and identify practical improvements that can increase administrative efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall HR effectiveness.
