Job Description
Full-Cycle Recruitment: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization.
Onboarding and Offboarding: You will manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation, induction, and exit protocols are followed smoothly.
Employee Relations & Policy Implementation: Supporting employee engagement, resolving workplace issues, and assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies will be a key part of your role.
HR Operations: You will maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal processes and labor laws.
HR Support & Engagement: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide timely and efficient HR support, promoting a healthy work culture.
Performance & Feedback Management: Work closely with management to monitor employee performance, gather feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and documentation are in line with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
