The primary responsibilities of this position involve enforcing safety policies, conducting daily site inspections, and leading comprehensive hazard risk assessments across onshore project sites. The role requires carrying out routine safety audits, participating in incident investigations, determining root causes, and preparing detailed corrective action reports. Daily activities include conducting toolbox talks, monitoring site compliance with local environmental regulations, coordinating job safety analyses, and working directly with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to maintain strict health and safety standards.

Candidates applying for this role must possess at least three years of direct health, safety, and environment experience within the oil and gas or petrochemical engineering, procurement, and construction sectors. A valid NEBOSH International General Certificate or an equivalent recognized occupational safety credential is required to qualify for screening.
