Job Overview: CCECC UAE is seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join our growing team on infrastructure and road projects. The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to across project sites, helping to create a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Implementation of HSE Policies: The HSE Officer will implement and enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on site. This includes ensuring compliance with project-specific safety requirements, conducting risk assessments, and actively promoting a safety-first culture among all site personnel.

Site Inspections & Audits: You will conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Ensuring timely corrective actions and maintaining comprehensive records of inspections will be essential to maintain compliance and prevent accidents.

Regulatory Compliance: The role requires ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations, standards, and company policies. The HSE Officer will liaise with authorities when required and ensure that project documentation and practices are audit-ready at all times.

Training & Awareness: Conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, training sessions, and awareness programs for site staff is a critical part of this role. The HSE Officer will educate employees and subcontractors about safety practices, emergency procedures, and environmental protection measures.

Incident Investigation & Reporting: In the event of incidents, the HSE Officer will investigate causes, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures. This proactive approach helps reduce repeat incidents and enhances overall site safety performance.
