Job Overview: We are currently hiring an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join our team located in Al Garhoud, Dubai. This is a full-time role for a professional who is passionate about human resources and ready to step into a dynamic work environment. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities: As an HR Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with local regulations and company standards.
Performance & KPI Management: You will take ownership of performance review cycles, assist in developing KPI structures, and support departmental heads in applying fair and effective performance evaluations that contribute to team development and goal setting.
HR Compliance & Labor Law: A strong understanding of UAE labor laws is essential for this role. You will ensure that the company is fully compliant with employment regulations, handling documentation, contract renewals, leave policies, and employee grievances professionally and efficiently.
Collaboration & Support: Working closely with management, you will help align business objectives with employee performance and development. You'll also support training initiatives, employee engagement, and contribute to building a strong workplace culture.
Desired Skills & Attributes: We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can handle sensitive HR matters with discretion. Your ability to think critically, solve problems quickly, and multitask will be crucial for success in this role.
