Role Overview: Bosco Group is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Female HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments.

Talent Acquisition: You will be expected to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and use effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across the UAE.

Screening & Interviewing: The role involves screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final interviews.

Candidate Engagement: Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding will be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining active communication and timely feedback.

HR Collaboration: As part of the HR team, you will collaborate on recruitment strategies, attend HR meetings, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Relocation Requirement: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and should be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah. Housing and support may be discussed upon selection.
