We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join a growing organization in Kuwait. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people focused HR professional with a solid understanding of Kuwait Labour Law who is ready to make a meaningful contribution to a purpose driven and professional work environment.

In this role you will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. You will serve as a reliable and professional point of contact for employees and management, ensuring that all HR processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies. Your passion for supporting people and your ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and bring proven experience in an HR Officer or similar role within Kuwait. A thorough knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law, strong recruitment skills, and experience in payroll support and employee relations are essential requirements for this role. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory and familiarity with HRIS systems will be considered a strong advantage.
