Job Description

Role Overview – DEC Perfect Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an HR Officer with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. This position is ideal for HR professionals passionate about human resources who want to grow within a professional construction environment.

HR Operations Management – You will manage daily HR operations including employee onboarding, personnel records maintenance, documentation processing, leave and attendance management, employee relations support, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies across all construction projects and office operations.

Recruitment and Onboarding – You will coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, and managing the complete onboarding process for new hires. Your recruitment support ensures we attract and retain quality talent for our construction projects.

Employee Relations and Support – You will serve as the HR point of contact for employees, address employee inquiries, resolve workplace concerns, support performance management processes, facilitate internal communications, and maintain positive employee relations that contribute to a productive work environment.

HR Documentation and Compliance – You will maintain accurate HR records, ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, visa and labor card processing, employee files management, compliance with UAE labor regulations, and timely submission of required documentation to government authorities.

Payroll and Benefits Coordination – You will support payroll processing, coordinate with payroll providers, track attendance and overtime, process end-of-service benefits, manage employee benefits administration, and ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for all employees.

Requirements – Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or contracting industries in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee relations. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR systems are essential.
