Job Overview: We are currently hiring an HR Officer – Talent Acquisition to join our healthcare recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for HR professionals passionate about hiring top clinical and non-clinical talent to support healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely placements.

Recruitment Strategy: You'll be expected to create and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals by leveraging job boards, networks, and recruitment platforms. Staying proactive and strategic in hiring efforts is key.

Collaboration & Coordination: This position requires ongoing coordination with department heads and hiring managers. Your ability to align recruitment efforts with business needs will directly impact our organizational success.

Interviewing & Screening: You will conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural requirements. You will also assist in organizing interview schedules and follow-ups.

Onboarding & Documentation: You will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the team. You’ll also ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal HR policies.
