Job Opportunity – HR Executive (Operations): We are looking for an experienced HR Executive specializing in operations to join our growing team in the UAE.

HR Operational Expertise: The ideal candidate must have 5 years of UAE experience in HR operations with in-depth knowledge of employment laws and procedures.

Process Management: Responsible for improving and managing HR systems, documentation, onboarding, employee records, and policy implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support workforce planning, performance reviews, and training programs.

Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee queries, maintaining morale, and ensuring HR policies are adhered to at all levels.

Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, including document audits and data accuracy.
