Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive organizational change, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Strategic HR Support: The HRBP will work closely with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that support growth, retention, and productivity. You will contribute to workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development projects that foster a strong workplace culture.

Employee Relations: A critical aspect of this position is managing employee relations with sensitivity and fairness. The HRBP will handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures while maintaining a positive and professional environment that encourages open communication.

HR Operations: This role will oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, onboarding, documentation, and policy enforcement. The HRBP will ensure that HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with both organizational policies and UAE labor laws.

Compliance & Labor Law Expertise: With deep knowledge of UAE labor law, the HRBP will provide expert guidance on employee contracts, terminations, and regulatory requirements. Staying updated on legislative changes and ensuring organizational adherence is a key responsibility.

Talent Development: The HRBP will drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and leadership development to build a skilled and motivated workforce. You will partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create targeted development opportunities.
