HR Assistant – Role Overview: The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR department in employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and passionate about employee engagement.
Recruitment Support: The HR Assistant will assist in job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Ensuring smooth recruitment processes is a key responsibility of this position.
Onboarding & Orientation: The candidate will help facilitate the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, arranging orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
Employee Relations: The HR Assistant will maintain employee records, manage HR queries, and act as a point of contact for staff. This includes ensuring policies are communicated effectively and supporting conflict resolution when needed.
Payroll & Benefits: Assisting the HR team in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and managing employee benefits are part of the daily tasks. The candidate should be accurate and detail-oriented in handling confidential data.
Compliance & Policies: Ensuring HR policies comply with UAE labor laws is a vital aspect of the role. The HR Assistant will also help with drafting HR procedures and updating internal guidelines.
