Role Overview: Radisson The Palm is hiring a skilled HR & Admin Executive to support its human resources and administrative operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about people management and internal processes.
HR Responsibilities: This position requires the candidate to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws.
Admin Coordination: The selected candidate will also manage office logistics, procurement of supplies, and internal communications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Team Support: You will work closely with department heads and senior management, assisting with employee evaluations, feedback systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Helping implement and maintain company policies and standard operating procedures will be a core responsibility.
Communication: Strong communication and organizational skills are key for this role, especially when handling multiple tasks and supporting both HR and admin functions.
