Overview of Role: The Hotels Transport Coordinator in Dubai will be responsible for managing daily transport operations for hotel guests, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and hotel staff. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can oversee trip scheduling, maintain records, and handle guest requests efficiently while upholding the company’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities: The coordinator will maintain daily records of all cash trips and hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. They will monitor drivers’ performance, attendance, and trip updates, addressing any issues promptly to guarantee seamless service for all clients and guests.

Vehicle Management: The role involves ensuring all company vehicles are cleaned, well-maintained, and presentable every day. Coordinators will work closely with the operations team to schedule vehicle maintenance and monitor drivers’ compliance with vehicle care standards to uphold professional image.

Guest Communication and Complaint Handling: The Hotels Transport Coordinator will professionally handle guest complaints, providing quick resolutions while coordinating with hotel teams. They will ensure that guest concerns are managed with tact, efficiency, and courtesy to enhance client satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation.

Operations Coordination: The role requires maintaining smooth communication between drivers, clients, hotel staff, and internal operations teams. Coordinators will facilitate timely updates, address operational challenges, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned for efficient transport service delivery.

Reporting and Documentation: The coordinator will prepare reports on daily transport operations, track trip details, and maintain accurate records for management review. This includes monitoring trip performance, identifying trends, and providing suggestions for process improvements to enhance service quality.
