Job Description
Role Overview – OLOFLY we are a remote-first international team of 160+ people across 40+ countries, building and scaling digital products with a strong focus on organic growth (ASO, Google, YouTube, LLM SEO). We're hiring a Head of User Acquisition with 4+ years of experience at senior or lead level to take full ownership of global UA strategy across our iOS and Android app portfolio and drive ambitious growth targets. This fully remote position has a preference for candidates based in Asia time zones.
Global User Acquisition Ownership – You will own and scale global user acquisition strategy encompassing both paid and organic channels across our entire mobile app portfolio. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive UA roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities across markets and channels, allocating resources strategically, and executing campaigns that deliver strong ROI and sustainable user growth.
ASO Strategy Leadership – You will lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy including keyword research and optimization, store listing improvements, and conversion rate optimization. This involves analyzing search trends, testing creative assets and copy variations, monitoring competitor positioning, optimizing metadata for visibility, and continuously improving conversion from impressions to installs across both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Paid Channel Management – You will manage and scale paid acquisition channels including Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, ad networks, and influencer partnerships. Your responsibilities include campaign strategy development, budget allocation across channels, creative testing and optimization, bid management, audience targeting, and performance analysis to maximize ROAS and achieve cost-efficient growth.
KPI Ownership – You will own key performance indicators including CPI (Cost Per Install), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), and retention metrics. Your responsibility is to set ambitious yet achievable targets, monitor performance against goals, identify issues and opportunities quickly, and take decisive action to optimize outcomes.
Budget Management – You will manage user acquisition budgets strategically across apps, geographies, and channels. This requires financial planning, forecasting, allocating spend based on performance and growth potential, monitoring burn rates, ensuring efficient capital deployment, and balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic investments.
