Job Overview: Richmind Development is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales – Developer Sales (Off-Plan Real Estate) to lead and inspire its high-performing sales team. The role requires a strong leader with experience in luxury real estate, particularly in off-plan projects, capable of driving strategic growth and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Sales Leadership: The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team of 5–15 agents. This includes setting performance goals, providing coaching, and implementing strategies that motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The focus will be on building team excellence while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset in every interaction.
Strategic Growth: A core part of this role involves developing and executing winning sales strategies tailored to off-plan, high-value projects. The candidate will oversee KPI monitoring, conduct performance reviews, and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics. The ability to craft innovative approaches to reach and convert potential investors is essential.
Brokerage & Client Relations: The Head of Sales will manage and expand brokerage relations, ensuring strong ties with top-performing broker networks across the UAE. Additionally, this role requires building direct client connections, negotiating deals, and closing high-value transactions that align with Richmind’s portfolio of iconic developments.
Global Representation: The role includes representing Richmind Development at global property roadshows, international exhibitions, and VIP investor events. By serving as the face of the brand in these high-profile platforms, the candidate will contribute to expanding the company’s footprint across international markets while reinforcing credibility in the luxury property segment.
Performance & Excellence: This is a performance-driven role where results are celebrated and rewarded. The candidate will need to demonstrate consistent achievement of sales KPIs, lead training sessions for brokers, and implement quality standards that ensure Richmind is always perceived as a market leader.
