Meraki Talent is partnering with one of the most exciting new names entering the global online trading industry to recruit an experienced Head of Operations. Backed by significant investment and founded by highly respected financial services executives, this next-generation retail brokerage is preparing for its planned launch in Q1 2027. This is a full-time remote opportunity offering the chance to play a pivotal role in building the operational foundation of a high-growth brokerage from the very beginning.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the brokerage's operational framework ahead of launch. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to establish scalable operational processes, oversee the day-to-day operational infrastructure, manage MT4 and MT5 operational environments, monitor trade booking and reconciliations, and strengthen operational risk controls. You will also lead payment service provider onboarding and management, oversee client onboarding and account operations, develop governance policies and operational procedures, support audit and regulatory reporting requirements, and build and mentor a high-performing operations team as the business expands.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience within Retail CFD Operations, including at least two years of people management experience. You should possess a strong background in building or enhancing operational frameworks within a retail brokerage and have hands-on experience with payment operations, bridge technology such as OneZero and Centroid, MT4 and MT5 platforms, trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and have a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency through automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
