Role Overview: Zworld Holding is seeking two skilled General Accountants to strengthen our finance team. One position is dedicated to the construction division, while the other is focused on overall general accounting. Both roles demand precision, accountability, and the ability to handle financial operations in fast-paced business environments.

Construction Accountant Responsibilities: The selected candidate for the construction division will manage project cost accounting, track budgets, oversee contractor payments, and monitor progress billing. Experience in construction finance is vital to ensure accurate project profitability reporting and compliance with industry practices.

General Accounting Responsibilities: The General Accounting role will involve managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly closings. This position requires strong expertise in financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of company-wide financial records.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Both accountants will prepare financial reports, monitor variances, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Their analytical skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure proper financial planning.

Compliance & Audit: The accountants will support internal and external audits, ensure adherence to accounting standards, and comply with UAE financial regulations. Maintaining transparency and robust internal controls will be a key part of the role.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Both roles require close collaboration with operations, procurement, and management teams. Effective communication and teamwork will ensure that financial processes align with organizational goals.
