Job Description

Guest Interaction and Front Desk Management : The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor. The role emphasizes providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has a smooth and memorable experience during their stay.

Reservation and Booking Assistance : The receptionist will manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate recording in the booking system. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Communication and Coordination : The receptionist will communicate effectively with guests, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. Clear and timely communication is critical to maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency.

Handling Guest Concerns and Complaints : The role includes addressing guest complaints, providing solutions, and escalating issues when necessary. This requires patience, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude to ensure guests feel valued and heard.

Administrative and Documentation Support : Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, updating the front desk system, and handling invoices and receipts. Proper documentation supports smooth hotel operations, accountability, and high service quality.

Promoting Hospitality Standards : The Front Office Receptionist will represent the hotel brand by upholding high standards of professionalism, appearance, and service. The role contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the hotel’s reputation and guest expectations.
