Job Overview: As the Front Office Admin, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners. Your role is to represent the company with professionalism, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of office activities. This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing front desk duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, you will oversee mail and courier services, maintain office supplies, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents as needed.
Administrative Support: Beyond reception duties, you will provide essential administrative support to management and different departments. This includes managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your role is vital in keeping the office environment efficient and well-organized.
Client Service: Since this role is client-facing, you will play a critical part in ensuring visitors receive a positive impression of the company. You will manage inquiries professionally, assist clients with information, and direct them to the right departments. A friendly yet professional attitude is crucial to delivering excellent customer service.
Technical Competence: The role requires strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You will also be expected to adapt quickly to internal software and office technologies, ensuring that documentation and communication are handled efficiently and accurately.
