Job Description

Customer Service Excellence: As a Front Line Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and personalized attention. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, answering their queries, and delivering exceptional service at every interaction. A strong focus on customer satisfaction will be at the core of your daily activities.

Financial Transactions: You will be responsible for handling remittance, foreign exchange, and other financial services efficiently and securely. This includes processing transactions accurately, managing cash flows, and ensuring all activities comply with the company’s financial policies. Precision and attention to detail will be vital in managing daily operations smoothly.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring strict compliance with AML and KYC regulations will be a significant part of your job. You will verify customer documents, update transaction records, and make sure all compliance requirements are met without exception. This ensures the organization remains fully aligned with UAE’s regulatory framework.

Branch Operations Support: Beyond direct customer service, you will support the overall branch operations by assisting in administrative tasks and ensuring the daily workflow is uninterrupted. From maintaining transaction accuracy to providing operational assistance, your contributions will keep the branch running effectively.

Sales & Promotion: The role will also require you to promote the company’s remittance and exchange services to both new and existing customers. By actively participating in branch campaigns, marketing promotions, and community outreach, you will help drive business growth and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Customer Relationship Building: A key responsibility will be nurturing long-term relationships with customers by ensuring they feel valued and supported. You will engage customers in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for cross-selling services. Strong relationship management will help in building loyalty and repeat business.
