About the Position:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our office, managing reception duties while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Welcome visitors and patients with a professional and friendly demeanor

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Manage appointment scheduling and visitor management system

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Provide information about company services to visitors and callers


Administrative Support:

Assist in general office administration and daily operations

Prepare meeting rooms including setup of equipment and refreshments

Manage office supplies and stationery inventory

Support the admin team in maintaining office decorum

Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by management

Arrange and organize meetings, including room bookings and preparations


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Bilingual with excellent English communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Valid UAE residence visa preferred

Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry is advantageous

Working Hours:
