Front Desk Experience Management: The Receptionist Star Assistant Greeter serves as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, delivering a refined and welcoming experience that reflects the luxury standards of the automotive brand and ensures every guest feels valued from arrival.
Customer Engagement and Hospitality: This role focuses on building strong rapport with guests through attentive communication, professional greetings, and personalized assistance while maintaining a calm and polished presence within a high end showroom environment.
Showroom Coordination Support: The position requires close coordination with sales consultants and showroom teams to ensure visitors are guided efficiently, appointments are managed smoothly, and customer flow is handled with discretion and organization.
Brand Representation Excellence: Acting as a brand ambassador, the Star Assistant upholds premium service values by maintaining impeccable etiquette, presentation, and service quality that aligns with luxury automotive and hospitality expectations.
