Job Overview: We are currently hiring a highly skilled and dedicated Foreman to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of on-site activities and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The Foreman will act as the key link between site workers, engineers, and management, ensuring that all operations are carried out seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities: As a Foreman, your primary responsibility will be to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and established timelines. You will lead by example, monitor the workforce, and manage resources effectively to guarantee the successful completion of each project phase.

Supervision & Leadership: This role requires strong leadership capabilities, as you will be directly responsible for guiding and motivating site workers. You will monitor attendance, allocate tasks, ensure safety compliance, and provide clear instructions to your team, fostering an environment of discipline, productivity, and collaboration on-site.

Coordination with Engineers: You will work closely with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. This involves communicating project progress, resolving on-site challenges, and aligning manpower and resources with engineering specifications and schedules.

Site Monitoring: Your role includes overseeing the proper utilization of materials and equipment, ensuring that resources are managed efficiently to minimize waste. You will conduct daily inspections, monitor progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed in line with safety and quality standards.

Problem-Solving: A Foreman must be proactive in identifying challenges on-site, whether technical, manpower-related, or logistical. You will be expected to act swiftly to resolve issues, reduce downtime, and implement solutions that keep the project on track without compromising safety or quality.
