Role Overview
World Eats Group (UAE) is hiring Floor Managers with proven experience in restaurant and hospitality management. This position is ideal for dynamic hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service orientation, operational expertise, and the ability to oversee floor operations, manage teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Floor Operations Management
Oversee all floor operations during service periods by managing table assignments, monitoring service flow, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining efficient operations that deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Team Leadership and Supervision
Lead and supervise floor staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff by assigning duties, providing direction during service, monitoring performance, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring team members deliver excellent service consistently.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting guests, managing reservations, addressing customer requests and complaints professionally, monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their visit, and creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.
Service Quality Control
Maintain high service quality standards by monitoring table service, ensuring proper presentation, checking food quality before serving, verifying order accuracy, and addressing any service gaps immediately to uphold brand reputation.
Staff Training and Development
Train and develop floor staff by conducting onboarding for new team members, providing ongoing coaching, demonstrating proper service techniques, sharing product knowledge, and building a skilled team capable of delivering exceptional service.
Shift Management
Manage shifts effectively by conducting pre-shift briefings, ensuring proper floor setup, coordinating staff schedules, managing break rotations, handling cash-ups, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
Problem Resolution
Handle problems and conflicts by addressing customer complaints diplomatically, resolving staff issues, managing difficult situations calmly, making quick decisions during busy periods, and implementing solutions that maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Upselling
Drive sales and promote upselling by training staff on menu items, specials, and beverages, encouraging suggestive selling techniques, monitoring average check values, and implementing strategies that increase revenue while enhancing guest experience.
