A fleet is more than a collection of vehicles. It is a promise that every client will be picked up on time, every driver will have what they need, and every journey will run without a hitch. ZAPS Group, an award-winning luxury mobility and concierge company operating across the GCC, is looking for a Fleet Coordinator who understands that behind every smooth ride is someone who planned for it.

This is a role for someone who has spent at least two years in Dubai's limousine industry and knows the operational rhythm of a fleet business. You will coordinate vehicle movements, track availability, and ensure that every booking is assigned to the right driver and vehicle. You will handle RTA processes, including vehicle registration, renewals, permits, and compliance documentation. You will monitor driver schedules, manage vehicle maintenance and inspections, and ensure that all fleet records are accurate and up to date. You will also work closely with operations and client-facing teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, address last-minute changes, and keep the fleet running at maximum efficiency. This is a hands-on coordination role where your ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure will directly impact the quality of service clients receive.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in the Dubai limousine industry, with strong knowledge of fleet coordination and RTA processes. You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication skills and can coordinate effectively with drivers, operations teams, and external authorities. You are proactive, reliable, and able to solve problems as they arise. Immediate availability is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
