Interior Project Management: As a Fit-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex interior fit-out projects across hospitality, retail, and commercial developments. From the early IFC (Issued for Construction) stage to the final handover, you will oversee all project phases with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Execution of Interior Works: You will supervise and coordinate interior activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, and furniture installation. Your role will involve closely monitoring subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining seamless integration between interior finishes and MEP systems.

Material and Finish Expertise: A key responsibility will be the review and approval of material specifications, finishes, and furniture selections. You will liaise with suppliers, evaluate samples, and ensure materials align with project requirements, sustainability guidelines, and client expectations.

Compliance and Approvals: The role requires you to manage approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with building codes and interior fit-out regulations. You will also oversee HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols to guarantee safe working conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

Design and Drawing Coordination: You will interpret design intent, review shop drawings, and verify details against IFC drawings. Your role is to ensure that execution on site reflects the approved design, maintaining both technical precision and aesthetic standards.

Stakeholder Management: The position demands strong communication skills to coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will be expected to build strong professional relationships and ensure smooth collaboration among all stakeholders.
