Best For You HR Consultancy, a Dubai-based recruitment agency founded in 2018, is looking for a Finishing Foreman with high-rise building experience in the UAE to join a construction project in Dubai. This is a role for someone who understands that the last ten percent of a project often determines how it is remembered.

This is a role for someone with at least four years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE. You will supervise finishing works on site, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, joinery, and other final finishes. You will coordinate with subcontractors, tradesmen, and site engineers to ensure that work progresses according to specifications and quality standards. You will inspect completed works, identify defects, and ensure that snags are rectified promptly. You will also manage site safety, maintain daily reports, and ensure that finishing activities align with the overall project schedule. If you are detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable leading a team of finishing trades, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects, with a strong background in finishing works. You understand the materials, methods, and quality expectations for premium finishes, and you are comfortable managing multiple trades at once. You have a keen eye for detail, and you take pride in delivering work that meets the highest standards. Immediate availability is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 3,500 to AED 5,500 per month.
